1. Financial Assessment
Review of income, expenses, assets, liabilities and overall repayment capacity.
Appointment of a Registered Nominee and assessment of whether VA may be appropriate.
Where applicable, the statutory Interim Order process is undertaken and the Debtor Proposal is prepared.
Creditors are notified and given the opportunity to consider and vote on the proposal in accordance with the applicable requirements.
If approved, the VA is implemented according to its agreed terms.
Repayments are made according to the arrangement, with compliance monitored throughout the VA period.
